Recreation Centers

The City of Morganton Parks and Recreation Department maintains four recreational facilities: The Collett Street Recreation Center; the Collette Street Out Door Pool; the Morganton Aquatics Center and the Mountain View Recreation Center.

Annual Membership

An annual membership in the Morganton Recreation Program includes access to: the Morganton Aquatics Center Indoor Pool, the Collett Street Outdoor Pool, the Collett Street Rec. Exercise / Weight Room, Exercise Classes and discounts on swimming lessons.

Collett Street Recreation Center

Collett Street Rec. is home to the Parks and Recreation Dept. offices, an indoor gym, and outdoor pool, a weight room, and many of the department's leisure programs. For special events and hours, call 438-5350.

The Morganton Aquatics Center is open year-round and is home to a 25-yard, indoor pool. The Aquatics Center is a great place to exercise, learn to swim or have a birthday party! Call 438-5380 for more info.
