Daryl Roderick Page II was apprehended on 01/06/2012 by the US Marshals in Durham. Page is the third offender in the case who has been wanted by MDPS since the invasion and who has also been wanted by Durham County Probation and Parole since 2009 for several probation violations. Page is charged with Kidnapping, Robbery With A Dangerous Weapon and (Forcible) First Degree Burglary by MDPS Investigators. Page is under a $500,000 secured bond and has a court date of 1/30/12. Kristen Pearson, the 2nd offender has been incarcerated since the robbery and has a court date of 1/30/12. Lashonda Toney, the other offender has pled guilty and is serving 4 years for the crime.
